空气源热泵在绿色建筑中的运行性能实测研究*

Experimental study on actual operation performance of air-source heat pump in green buildings

摘要:

 为研究空气源热泵(ASHP)系统在绿色建筑中的实际运行性能,2017—2018年供暖季对北京、秦皇岛及南通地区的4个绿色建筑项目ASHP系统进行了现场实测,分析了ASHP系统实际运行性能及共性问题。测试结果表明,绿色建筑ASHP系统的运行性能普遍较低,机组COPh为1.25~2.80,系统COPsh为0.80~2.23,存在ASHP机组误除霜、输配系统大流量小温差、群控管理频繁启停、机组侧热损失过大等显著的共性问题。提出了绿色建筑中ASHP应用存在的问题,对促进ASHP高效应用具有参考价值。

Abstract:

 In order to study the actual operation performance of air-source heat pump (ASHP) systems in green buildings, tests the ASHP system performance of four green building projects in Beijing, Qinhuangdao and Nantong during the heating season from 2017 to 2018.Analyses the actual operation performance and common problems of ASHP systems. The test results show that the operation performance of ASHP systems in the green buildings is generally dissatisfied, with unit COP of 1.25 to 2.80 and the system COP of 0.80 to 2.23. There are some common problems, such as false defrosting, high flow rate and small temperature difference in transmission and distribution system, frequent start and stop of group control management, excessive heat loss on the side of the unit, and so on. Points out the problems of ASHP applied to green buildings, which benefits for promoting the efficient application of ASHP.
