某新装修办公建筑的室内热舒适和空气品质状况探究*

Indoor thermal comfort conditions and air quality of a newly decorated office building

摘要:

采用使用后评估方法,通过连续监测和主观问卷调查,对某已投入使用的新装修办公室的室内空气品质和热舒适状况进行了评估。结果显示:该建筑室内温度和相对湿度较低,人员在室与否对室内热环境的影响较小;CO2浓度较低,总挥发性有机物TVOC的平均浓度未超过规范限值,部分办公室细颗粒物PM2.5的浓度超过限值,而可吸入颗粒物PM10的浓度未超过限值,PM2.5PM10的浓度受人员活动影响较小,主要与室外颗粒物浓度相关;TVOC浓度对人员评价有显著影响,建立新建建筑室内空气品质评价模型时,TVOC浓度是不容忽视的主要参数。

Abstract:

Evaluates the indoor air quality and thermal comfort conditions in a newly decorated office building through continuous objective monitoring and subjective questionnaire surveys using a post-occupancy evaluation (POE). The results show that the indoor temperature and relative humidity of the building are low. The influence of occupants in the room on the indoor thermal environment is small. The concentration of CO2 is low, the average concentration of total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) does not exceed the limit of the code, the concentration of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) in some offices exceeds the limit, but the concentration of inhalable particulate matter (PM10) does not exceed the limit. The concentrations of PM2.5 and PM10 are less affected by human activities, and are mainly related to the concentration of outdoor particulate matter. The concentration of TVOC has a significant effect on the occupants’ assessment of indoor air quality, and it is the main parameter that cannot be ignored when establishing an evaluation model of indoor air quality for newly built buildings.
