3种填料型溶液除湿器性能对比分析
Performance comparison and analysis of three packed-type liquid desiccant dehumidifiers

以氯化锂溶液为除湿溶液,在逆流填料型溶液除湿实验台上对3种不同材料(纤维纸、PP塑料、不锈钢)制成的大比表面积商用规整填料(F-型、P-型和M-型填料)进行了除湿性能实验研究。从不同角度对3种填料的除湿性能进行了比较,并获得了3种填料的除湿效率的经验关联式。结果表明,纤维纸材料的填料除湿性能最好,其次是PP塑料材料,不锈钢材料最差。
Abstract:
Using lithium chloride solution as dehumidification solution, experimentally studies the dehumidification performance of the commercial regular fillers (F-type, P-type and M-type packing) with large specific surface area made of three different kinds of packing materials (fiber paper, PP plastics and stainless steel) on a countercurrent packed-type liquid desiccant dehumidification test bench. Compares the dehumidification performances of the three kinds of packing materials from different perspectives, and develops the empirical correlations of the dehumidification efficiency of the dehumidifiers for the packing materials. The results show that for the packing materials, the dehumidification performance of fiber paper is the best, followed by the PP plastics and that of the stainless steel material is the worst.
