生物安全型手套箱式隔离器的研制*

摘要:
依据相关标准对高等级隔离操作设备的要求,综合考虑气密传递和消毒功能的实际需求,对手套箱式隔离器的结构进行设计并对工艺技术进行了攻关。手套箱式隔离器综合集成通风过滤系统、物品传递系统、自控系统与消毒连接系统,经过第三方检测,其技术指标达到了国家标准要求。该手套箱式隔离器适用于对高致病性病原微生物进行隔离操作,可满足我国生物安全实验室开展相关研究的现实需求。
Abstract:
According to the relevant standards for isolation equipment requirements, taking into account the actual needs of airtight transmission and disinfection functions, designs the structure composition of glove box isolator,and researches the process technology. The glove box isolator is integrated with operating system, ventilation and filtration system, transfer system, automatic control system and disinfection connection system. It confirms that its technical indicators can meet the national standards by a third-party testing. The glove box isolator is suitable for the isolating operation of highly pathogenic microorganisms, which can meet the practical needs of bio-safety laboratories in China.
