基于滞环继电控制的空调室温滞后模型参数辨识方法*

摘要:

基于VAV空调系统控制原理分析了送风量调节过程中导致室温滞后响应特性的主要因素,研究了VAV空调系统动态调节过程中室温对系统调节量滞后响应特性的描述及建模方法。分析继电反馈控制技术和VAV空调系统室温滞后一阶惯性加时滞环节传递函数之间的关系,提出了基于滞环继电反馈控制的室温滞后特性模型辨识方法。通过闭环响应试验,研究了送风量调节过程中室温对末端风阀开度和送风机转速的动态响应特性,根据试验结果完成了室温滞后特性一阶惯性加时滞环节传递函数模型参数的辨识,并通过与开环响应试验结果的对比,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。结果表明,在没有被控对象先验知识的前提下,该方法可以实现室温对末端风阀开度和送风机转速的一阶惯性加时滞环节传递函数模型参数的辨识,且随着滞环系数的增大,计算结果具有收敛性,符合其在线应用要求。

Abstract:

 Analyses the main factors leading to indoor temperature delay response characteristics in the process of supply air rate regulation based on the control principle of VAV air conditioning system, and studies the description and modeling method for delay response characteristics of indoor temperature versus system regulation variables in the dynamic regulation process of VAV air conditioning system. Analyses the relationship between relay feedback control technology and the transfer function of indoor temperature delay first order inertia plus time-delay link of VAV air conditioning system, and proposes an identification method for delay response characteristic model of indoor temperature based on hysteretic relay feedback control. Through the closed loop response test, studies the dynamic response characteristics of indoor temperature to the opening of terminal air valve and supply fan speed in the process of supply air rate regulation. According to the experimental results, completes the parameter identification of the transfer function model of the indoor temperature delay first order inertia plus time-delay link, and verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the method by comparing with the open-loop response test results. The results show that this method can realize the parameter identification of the first order inertia plus time-delay link transfer function model of indoor temperature versus terminal air valve opening and supply fan speed without a priori knowledge of the controlled object. With the increase of hysteretic coefficient, the calculated results are convergent, which meets the requirements of on-line application.
