预制保温耐热聚乙烯管道在低温直埋供热系统中的应用分析

摘要:

 结合钢制管预制保温管在直埋供热管网应用中出现的问题和不足,介绍了预制保温耐热聚乙烯(PE-RTⅡ)管道用于工作压力不大于1.0 MPa、设计温度不高于85 ℃的低温直埋供热管道的优点,阐述了国内外应用研究现状。分析了PE-RTⅡ管道作为低温直埋供热管道的设计要点,包括水力计算、管网敷设和应力计算等。

Abstract:

 Combined with the problems and deficiencies in the application of the existed steel prefabricated insulation pipe to the direct buried heating pipe network, presents the advantages of prefabricated insulation polyethylene (PE-RTⅡ) pipe applied to direct buried heating pipes with working pressure not more than 1.0 MPa and design temperature not higher than 85 ℃, and expounds the status of application and research at home and abroad. Analyses the design points of PE-RTⅡ pipeline application to low temperature direct buried heating pipeline, including hydraulic calculation, pipe network layout and stress calculation.
