参数与气流多组态的洁净空间模拟实验室设计与实现*
Design and implementation of simulated laboratory for clean space with multi-configurable parameters and air flow
摘要:
基于洁净厂房相关职业病危害防控问题,设计并建造了一个多组态、多功能的模拟洁净空间实验室。从建设原则及目标、功能区设置与平面布置、功能与性能、自控及监控系统等方面介绍了模拟实验室的设计及实现。该实验室不仅能实现无尘洁净室和生物安全实验室功能,而且能够实现环境参数与气流组织多组态的洁净空间,为室内环境及其污染控制等科学研究提供了一个灵活可靠的创新性实验平台。
Abstract:
Based on the problems of occupational hazard prevention and control in clean workshops, designs and builds a multi-configurable and multi-functional simulation clean space laboratory. Presents the design and implementation of the simulation laboratory from the aspects of construction principles and objectives, function area setting and layout, function and performance, automatic control and monitoring system. The laboratory can realize not only the functions of dust-free clean room and biosafety laboratory, but also the clean space with multi-configuration of environmental parameters and air distribution, providing a flexible and reliable innovative experimental platform for scientific research such as indoor environment and pollution control.
