脉冲阀喷吹量对滤筒除尘器清灰性能的影响
Influence of pulse valve injection quantity on dust-cleaning performance of cartridge filters

利用脉冲喷吹实验台对19 mm和25 mm(即3/4英寸和1英寸)两种口径规格的直角脉冲阀,分别改变喷吹压力和脉冲宽度,对比分析了一次喷吹量的变化及其对滤筒侧壁正压力峰值的影响。结果表明,喷吹压力越大,一次喷吹量越大;脉冲宽度对脉冲阀一次喷吹量有一定影响,喷吹压力大时影响小,喷吹压力小时影响大;喷吹压力相同时,25 mm脉冲阀的一次喷吹量较大;喷吹量相同时,采用小喷吹压力的25 mm脉冲阀,滤筒侧壁正压力峰值较小,但比19 mm脉冲阀在采用同样喷吹压力时的滤筒侧壁正压力峰值大。
Abstract:
On the pulse-jet experimental table, using the orthogonal pulse valves with the two sizes of calibers of 3/4 in. and 1 in., changes jetting pressure and pulse width respectively, compares and analyses the single-injection quantity of the pulse valve and the influence on the positive pressure peak on the side wall of the cartridge.The results show that the higher jetting pressure is, the larger single-injection quantity is; the pulse width has some influence on the single-injection quantity, the influence at high jetting pressure is smaller than that at low jetting pressure; the 1 in. pulse valve has the larger single-injection quantity when jetting pressure remains the same; the 1 in. pulse valve using lower jetting pressure has smaller positive pressure peak on the side wall of the cartridge when the once injection quantity is the same, but the peak is larger than that of the 3/4 in. pulse valve using the same low jetting pressure.
