排风隔热墙稳态传热模型的实验验证
Experimental validation on steady heat transfer model of exhaust air insulation walls
摘要:
搭建了排风隔热墙的实验平台,对其稳态传热特性进行了实验研究,利用实测数据验证了排风隔热墙稳态传热数值模型的准确性,并分析了其热特性。结果表明:已建立的稳态传热数值模型可以有效模拟排风隔热墙的传热过程,模拟与实验结果的误差在5%以内;排风隔热墙室内侧壁面温度与空气温度很接近,可以有效减少外墙传热冷负荷。
Abstract:
Sets up an experimental platform of exhaust air insulation (EAI) wall, and experimentally studies its steady heat transfer characteristics. Verifies the accuracy of a steady heat transfer numerical model of EAI wall by the measured data, and analyses its thermal characteristics. The results show that the established steady heat transfer numerical model can effectively simulate the heat transfer process of EAI wall, with less than 5% error between simulation and experimental results. The inner surface temperature of EAI wall is close to indoor air temperature, which can effectively reduce the heat transfer cooling load of exterior walls.
