北京市公共建筑节能改造节能量核定方法研究
Energy-saving rate ratification method for energy-saving retrofit of public buildings in Beijing
摘要：
为科学、合理地评测节能量（率），北京市住房和城乡建设委员会组织了北京市公共建筑节能改造节能量核定方法的编制研究工作。介绍了该编制研究工作的方法和过程。基于北京市公共建筑节能改造工作现状，结合国内外节能改造节能量核定方法调研，总结了我国节能改造节能量核定实践中的经验，提出了符合北京市特点的节能改造节能量核定方法编制思路。结合案例介绍了节能量核定的过程。
Abstract：
In order to assess the energy-saving rate scientifically, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development presides over a project of compiling an energy-saving rate ratification method for the energy-saving retrofit of public buildings in Beijing. Presents the methods and processes of the compiling. Based on the surveys on the current situation of building energy-saving retrofit in Beijing, and the state-of-the-art energy-saving rate ratification methods for the retrofit at home and abroad, summarizes the experiences and lessons in the practice of energy-saving rate ratification, and proposes the train of thought for the ratification method compiling suitable for the characteristics of public buildings in Beijing. Presents the processes of the energy-saving rate ratification with a case.
