一种既有燃煤锅炉安全性评价方法

摘要:

选择基于危险与可操作性研究(HAZOP)的保护层分析法(LOPA)对既有燃煤锅炉设备进行了安全性分析。采用资料调研和现场调研相结合的方式,研究了水位事故、四管泄漏事故以及灭火事故这3种典型事故,对水位事故进行了详细研究。应用该评价模型对某企业锅炉设施进行安全性评价,得出了该企业锅炉设备3种事故的风险等级,对风险等级较高的事故给出了改进建议。结果表明,这种定量评价模型扩展性强,对我国尚不完善的锅炉安全管理现状有一定的帮助。

Abstract:

Selects the layer protection analysis method based on hazard and operability study to conduct safety analysis on existing coal burning boiler. By the way of combining research and on-site survey, researches the water level faults, four-pipe leakage accidents and outfire accidents, and studies the water level faults in detail. Applies the established safety evaluation model to conduct a safety evaluation for a company’s boiler facility. The result shows final risk level of the boiler equipment in three accidents, and gives suggestions for improvement of the accidents with the higher level. The result shows that the evaluation model has good extensibility, and it is helpful to our imperfect boiler safety management situation.
