美国零能耗建筑发展现状及实践——以布利特中心建筑为例
Development status and practice of zero energy buildings in United States—A case study of Bullitt Center
摘要：
从概念发展、标准规范与立法、评价与标识认证3个方面，简要介绍了美国零能耗建筑的发展现状。以西雅图布利特中心为例，详细介绍了零能耗建筑建设过程中所采用的节能技术及运营效果，以期对我国零能耗建筑发展有所启示。

Abstract：
From the three aspects of concept development, standardization and legislation, evaluation and identification certification, presents briefly the development status of zero energy buildings in the United States. Taking the Seattle Bullitt Center as an example, presents the energy saving technologies adopted in the construction of zero energy buildings and the operation effects in detail, with a view to enlightening the development of zero energy buildings in China.
