北京市公共建筑电耗限额管理实施效果与限额调整方法
Implementation effect and limit adjustment method for electricity consumption quota management of public buildings in Beijing

针对北京市公共建筑电耗限额管理信息系统中涉及的总体建筑样本和典型建筑,从建筑所属区域、建筑功能和建筑规模等方面对建筑面积、电耗总量和电耗强度进行了分类统计分析,研究了北京市电耗限额管理工作开展的实施效果。基于建筑电耗限额值确定过程中存在的问题,探讨分析了不同电耗限额调整值的方法,提出了综合目前历史用电量、辅以限额管理系统内不同建筑功能电耗强度值来确定限额值的方法。针对电耗限额工作开展过程中存在的问题,提出了解决对策。
Abstract:
In view of the overall construction sample and typical buildings in Beijing public building electricity consumption quota management information system, performs the classification and statistical analysis of building area, total electricity consumption and electricity consumption intensity from the perspective of the regions, building functions and building scales. Studies the implementation effect of electricity consumption quota management in Beijing. Based on the existing problems in the process of determining the limit value of building electricity consumption, discusses different methods of adjusting the electricity consumption quota, and proposes a method for determining the limit value by combining the current historical electricity consumption and the electricity consumption intensity of different building functions in the quota management system. In view of the problems existing in the process of electricity consumption quota management, puts forward the countermeasures.
