喷管式定风量阀体受力特性实验

Experimental study on mechanical characteristics of constant air volume valve with nozzle

摘要:

通过对喷管式定风量阀样机的实验研究,得到了喷管式定风量阀的阀体阻力特性和阀芯阻力特性。实验结果显示,采用顶角为60°和90°的圆锥阀芯的阀体阻力系数较小,可应用于定风量风阀,且阻力随阀芯位置的增大而增大。实验结果可为定风量阀体的选择及其设计提供依据。

Abstract:

By the experimental study of constant air volume valve prototype with nozzle, presents the resistance characteristics of both valve body and valve plug. Experimental results show that the resistance coefficient of valve body is relatively smaller when the apex angle of conical valve plug is 60° or 90°, the valve body can be applied to constant air volume damper, and the resistance of valve body increases with the valve plug position. The experimental result can provide references for valve body selection and design of constant air volume valve.
