摘要：
以我国西南地区某大型商业综合体为例，介绍和总结了该项目建造施工阶段的主要工作。从施工质量检查、系统验收调适两方面探讨了新建项目空调系统建造施工过程中需要注意的关键环节及需要解决的关键问题。提出了相应的调适方法，对主要设备和系统开展了详细的调适工作，以确保设计阶段设定目标的实现。

Abstract：
Taking a large-scale commercial complex in Southwest China as an example, presents and summarizes the main work in the construction stage of the project. From two aspects of construction quality inspection and system acceptance commissioning, discusses the key links and key problems to be solved in the construction of air conditioning system for new projects. Summarizes and puts forward the corresponding commissioning methods, and carries out the detailed commissioning work for the main equipment and systems to ensure the realization of the goals set in the design stage.
