固定床除湿材料性能分析
Dehumidification performances of two materials on packed bed
摘要:
通过实验对4A分子筛与活性氧化铝的除湿性能进行了分析。结果表明:在风量3 638 m3/h,空气温度55 ℃,含湿量5 g/kg再生条件下,4A分子筛的再生效果优于活性氧化铝;在吸附过程中,对于温度25.8 ℃,含湿量20.05 g/kg的湿空气,风量3 638 m3/h时,在初始阶段,两类材料除湿性能相差不大,而在吸附稳定阶段,活性氧化铝单位时间吸附除湿量约为4A分子筛的3.5倍。因此,在该实验条件下,活性氧化铝更适用于固定床吸附除湿系统。
Abstract:
Experiments the dehumidification performances of 4A molecular sieve and activated alumina. The results show that the regeneration performances of 4A molecular sieve are superior to activated alumina when the air rate is 3 638 m3/h and the air temperature is 55 ℃ and the humidity ratio is 5 g/kg. In the absorption process, for the inlet air of 25.8 ℃ and 20.05 g/kg with air rate of 3 638 m3/h, the two materials show less difference in dehumidification performances at the beginning of the adsorption process while activated alumina dehumidification rate is 3.5 times that of 4A molecular sieve in stable adsorption process. Therefore, the activated alumina is more suitable for the packed bed on the above conditions.
