微缝板消声器的研制与检测
Development and testing of micro slit panel mufflers
摘要:
指出了微穿孔板消声器性能和结构上的缺点,介绍了微缝板吸声体的吸声机理及吸声系数计算。参照微穿孔板消声器的结构参数,类比设计了新型微缝板消声器。通过实验室检测结果对比,认为微缝板消声器的消声性能明显优于微穿孔板消声器,体形远小于微穿孔板消声器,可以替代微穿孔板消声器在实际工程中应用。
Abstract:
Points out the functional and structural defects of a micro perforated panel muffler and presents the sound absorption mechanism and the calculation of the sound absorption coefficient of the micro slit panel. Develops a new type of micro slit muffler by analogy-based design method with referring to the structure parameters of the micro perforated panel muffler. A comparison of test results shows that the micro slit panel muffler has better performance in sound attenuation and a much smaller size than the micro perforated panel muffler. Therefore it can be applied and promoted in engineering projects as a substitute of the micro perforated panel muffler.
