超大型电子洁净厂房防排烟系统设计
Smoke management systems design for huge electronic clean plants
摘要：
超大型电子洁净厂房工艺设备体积大、自动化程度高且生产过程连续，其洁净室面积过大，厂房防火分区划分需要参照电子行业规范作为设置依据。以某洁净厂房为例，介绍了人员疏散用的防烟楼梯间的设置方法、防烟分区划分及防排烟系统设置等，对比了新旧规范防排烟系统设置的区别。结合GB 51251—2017《建筑防烟排烟系统技术标准》，对工厂建设过程中的防排烟设置要点进行了探讨。
Abstract：
The process equipment of the huge electronic clean plant is large in volume, high in automation and continuous in production process, and because of its large clean room, the division of the fire compartment should refer to the regulations of the electronic industry. Taking a clean workshop as an example, presents the setting method of smoke prevention stairwell for personnel evacuation, division of smoke control zone and smoke management systems setting and so on, and compares the differences between the new and old regulations on smoke management system setting. Combining with GB 51251-2017 Technical standard for smoke management systems in buildings, discusses the key points for smoke management systems in the process of factory construction.
