生物洁净实验室中的生物安全柜空调系统设计

Air conditioning system design for biosafety cabinets in biosafety laboratories

摘要:

介绍了Ⅱ级A2型和Ⅱ级B2型生物安全柜的工作原理及在空调系统中常用的排风方式、排气罩的设置方式。计算了北京地区Ⅱ级A2型生物安全柜设置排气罩时的冷、热负荷,并以某工程为例对2种生物安全柜空调系统的不同设计方案进行了对比,结果表明,不同方案的系统稳定性、能耗等都不同。我国现有生物安全柜规范对Ⅱ级A2型生物安全柜是否设置排气罩排风未作明确要求,需要由实验对象的性能确定。Ⅱ级B2型生物安全柜的排风设置还需进一步验证和探讨。

Abstract:

Presents the working principles of class ⅡA2 and class ⅡB2 biosafety cabinets ,common air exhaust modes and exhaust hood setting modes applied to air conditioning system. Calculates the cooling and heating loads of class ⅡA2 biosafety cabinets with exhaust hood in Beijing. Taking a project as an example, compares the different design schemes of air conditioning system for two kinds of biosafety cabinets. The results show that the system stability and energy consumption of the different schemes are different. The requirements on the necessary to set exhaust hood for class ⅡA2 biosafety cabinet are not clear in the existing biosafety cabinet specification, and it needs to be determined by the performance of the subjects. The air exhaust system of class ⅡB2 biosafety cabinets still needs further verification and discussion.
