Significance of Co-ah technique for building energy supply industry in Beijing

指出了北京市建筑能源供应面临的问题:集中热源匮乏、集中管网输送能力严重不足。分析了在北京市采用Co-ah技术的优势:通过回收电厂循环水余热,在不影响发电的情况下可以使北京既有6座热电厂的供热能力增加30%;通过降低一次网回水温度,增大管网输送温差,可以使既有市政管网输送能力提高75%,大幅降低北京周边热源向城区远距离输送管道的投资;夏季可实现热电联产集中热制冷,避免城市供热资源的闲置,回收循环水余热可增加夏季热制冷的竞争力。
Abstract:
Points out the problems of energy supply for buildings in Beijing, including lack of central heat sources and poor delivery capacity of heat network. Analyses the advantages of adopting Co-ah(Co-generation based absorption heat-exchange) technique in this region, including increasing the heating capacity by 30% for the existing six CHP plants in the city without reducing generating capacity through waste heat recovery; by reducing the primary network return water temperature, increasing the existing delivery capacity of heat network by 75%, in addition to greatly reduce the investment of pipe connecting the remote heat source around the urban areas; achieving district cooling based on this technology in summer, avoiding idling of heating-devices and increasing the potential of heat-driven district cooling by recovering waste heat.
