地铁车站新风量控制策略研究
Outdoor air control strategy of underground railway stations
摘要:
对地铁车站大系统的3种新风调节模式进行了理论分析和实测验证。研究发现:单风机系统无法在新风量不足时补充机械新风,并且对排风阀的气密性提出了更高的要求;在常规系统形式下用小新风阀进行新风量调节的线性度差,较难准确控制新风量;在常规系统形式下采用送风机和回排风机联合变频控制可以获得较好的调节线性度,从而实现新风量准确控制。
Abstract:
Analyses three kinds of outdoor air control modes of environment control system in underground railway stations by theoretical and field test methods. The main findings are that the single fan system cannot supply mechanical outdoor air when the outdoor air rate is insufficient, moreover, the system requires better air-tightness of dampers. In the conventional system with outdoor air damper control mode, the linearity of outdoor air rate adjustment is poor, and it is difficult to accurately control the outdoor air rate. Instead, using supply fan and return/exhaust fan to control the mechanical outdoor air can obtain better adjustment linearity and realize accurate control of outdoor air rate.
