医院建筑能耗监管平台现状调研
Investigate and survey on status of energy consumption monitoring and regulation platform for hospital buildings
摘要：
介绍了我国医院建筑能耗监管平台的建设情况。以国家卫生健康委员会直属的44家医院为研究对象，进行了深入调研。总结了目前平台的主要功能。指出了平台建设存在的问题，包括数据采集与录入、报警功能、能源审计、能效公示及能耗诊断5个方面。

Abstract：
Presents the construction conditions of hospital building energy consumption monitoring and regulation platform in China. Investigates 44 hospitals directly administrated by the National Health Commission. Summarizes the main features of the current platforms. Points out the problems during platform constructing, including data collection and entry, alarm function, energy audit, energy efficiency announcement and energy consumption diagnosis.
