集成制冷站系统集成技术与工程应用

摘要:
为了解决传统制冷站整体性能差、占地面积广、施工周期长等缺点,引入系统集成技术,通过三维仿真设计对制冷站各设备及管线进行合理布置,减小了制冷站占地面积;通过对制冷站进行工厂预制安装,降低了制冷站现场施工难度;采用节能控制系统对制冷站各设备进行关联控制,提高了制冷站的整体性能。用实际工程案例证明了集成制冷站的整体性能优势以及集成制冷站产品化道路的可行性。
Abstract:
In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional refrigeration station, such as poor overall performance, large space required for refrigerating station and long construction period, introduces system integration technology. Optimizes the layout of the equipment and pipeline in refrigerating station with 3D simulation design, and saves the space required for refrigerating station. With factory prefabrication and installation, reduces the difficulty of field construction of refrigeration station. Through the associated control on the equipment in refrigeration station using high efficient energy-saving control system, improves the overall performance of refrigeration station. With a practical project case, proves the overall performance advantages of integrated refrigeration station and the feasibility of integrated refrigeration station products.
