低温大温差工况下风机盘管机组性能的测试研究
Experimental research on performance of fan coil units under low temperature and large temperature difference conditions

实测了不同型号风机盘管机组的性能参数,结果表明,在3 ℃/13 ℃,4 ℃/12 ℃和5 ℃/12 ℃低温大温差工况下,风机盘管的供冷能力相对于标准工况有所提升;进水温度分别为3,4,5,6,7,8 ℃时,10 ℃供回水温差工况相比5 ℃温差工况而言,机组水阻力可降低70.0%以上;供回水温差分别为5,6,7,8,9,10 ℃时,3 ℃进水温度工况相比8 ℃进水温度工况而言,水阻力可降低45.6%以上。对低温大温差工况下风机盘管的实际性能参数进行了拟合,得到了制冷量、析湿因数和水阻力的修正公式,可以作为低温大温差工况下风机盘管的选型参考。
Abstract:
Tests the performance parameters of different types of fan coil units. The results show that the cooling capacity of fan coil unit under low temperature and large temperature difference conditions, such as 3 ℃/13 ℃, 4 ℃/12 ℃ and 5 ℃/12 ℃, is better than that under the standard condition. When the supply water temperatures are 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 ℃ respectively, the water resistance under 10 ℃ temperature difference condition can be reduced by more than 70.0% compared with that under the 5 ℃ condition. When the temperature differences between supply water and return water are 5, 6, 7,8, 9,10 ℃ respectively, the water resistance under 3 ℃ supply water temperature condition can be decreased by more than 45.6% compared with that under the 8 ℃ supply water temperature condition. Obtains the modified formula of cooling capacity, moisture absorption coefficient and water resistance coefficient by fitting the actual performance parameters of fan coil unit under low temperature and large temperature difference conditions, which can provide a reference for the selection of fan coil unit under similar conditions.
