公共建筑空调系统全过程管理方法研究（1）：方法概况

摘要：
着眼于我国公共建筑节能全过程管理工作的发展与研究现状，分析了公共建筑空调系统当前运行状况及存在的典型问题。提出了以能耗、能效目标贯穿始终的全过程管理方法，分析了项目设计阶段、施工与调适阶段以及运营优化阶段需要把控的关键指标、需要重视的关键环节，以期实现新建公共建筑全过程节能运行。
Abstract：
Focusing on the development and research status of the whole process management energy saving of public buildings in China, analyses the current operation status and typical problems of air conditioning system in public buildings. Puts forward a whole process management method with energy consumption and energy efficiency objectives throughout the whole process, and analyses the key indicators and key links that need to be controlled in the design stage, construction and adjustment stage and operation optimization stage of the project, so as to realize the whole process energy saving operation of new public buildings.
