静电过滤器去除颗粒物的试验方法与性能评价

摘要:

在现有空气过滤器标准的基础上,提出静电过滤器的性能测试方法,对8种静电过滤器进行了初始状态、容尘后和清洗后全过程性能测试和比较。结果表明:大气尘计径计数法、固定容尘量法和固定用水量法适用于静电过滤器的性能测试;DEHSA2粉尘可作为静电过滤器的试验尘;小粒径颗粒物更适合于评价静电过滤器的容尘衰减性能;用分级粒径计数效率计算得到的计重效率ePM2.5比实测PM2.5计重效率更准确;质量因数可用于评价静电过滤器的性能,与效率正相关,可用于静电过滤器选型。

Abstract:

Puts forward a performance test method of electrostatic filter based on the existing air filter standards. Tests and compares the performance of eight kinds of electrostatic filters in the whole process of the initial state, dust collecting and cleaning. The results show that graded particle size counting method with atmospheric dust, fixed dust-holding capacity method and fixed water consumption method are suitable for electrostatic filter performance test. DEHS and A2 dust can be used as the test dust of electrostatic filter. Small size particle is more suitable to evaluate the attenuation performance of dust-holding of the electrostatic filter. The ePM2.5 calculated by the graded particle size counting efficiency is more accurate than that of the measured PM2.5 weight efficiency. The quality factor which is positively correlated with efficiency can be used to evaluate the performance of the electrostatic filter and select the type of electrostatic filter.
