空气源热泵溶液除霜及冷冻再生技术研究

Solution defrosting and freezing regeneration technology of air-source heat pumps

摘要:

针对空气源热泵结霜/除霜导致机组制热性能衰减及可靠性低等问题,提出了一种基于溶液除霜和溶液冷冻再生的空气源热泵系统。基于溶液化学势理论,分析了溶液除霜和溶液冷冻再生的机理,设计了空气源热泵溶液除霜及冷冻再生系统,确定了除霜溶液的种类及应用浓度范围,并搭建了实验台。实验测试结果表明:在一个结霜/除霜周期内,溶液除霜及冷冻再生方式的平均制热性能系数及制热量较常规逆循环除霜方式分别提高了11.3%16.5%,并能实现机组连续制热。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problems of heating performance attenuation and low reliability of air-source heat pump caused by frosting and defrosting, presents an air-source heat pump system based on solution defrosting and freezing regeneration. According to the solution chemical potential theory, analyses the mechanism of solution defrosting and freezing regeneration. Designs an air-source heat pump system with solution defrosting and freezing regeneration. Determines the kind of defrosting solution and the application concentration range, and develops an experimental platform. The experimental test results show that in a frosting/defrosting cycle, the average heating performance coefficient and capacity of the solution defrosting and freezing regeneration method are increased by 11.3% and 16.5% respectively, compared with the conventional reverse circulation defrosting method, and the continuous heating can be realized.
