北京市既有居住建筑供热计量改造工程能耗实测分析
Test analysis for energy consumption of heating metering retrofitting project for existing residential buildings in Beijing
摘要:
调研了北京市265栋既有居住建筑热计量改造工程2012—2013年供暖季的热计量表数据。结果表明,既有居住建筑室内平均温度为21.04 ℃条件下,供暖季平均耗热量为25.9 W/m2,高于二、三步节能建筑能耗指标,需要进一步探讨建筑节能的方法与措施。

Abstract:
Investigates the heat meter data in heating metering retrofitting projects of 265 existing residential buildings during 2012 to 2013 in Beijing. The results show that the average heat consumption is 25.9 W/m2 in one heating season when the average indoor temperature is 21.04 ℃, which is more than the energy consumption index of two/three step energy saving buildings. Therefore, the building energy saving methods and measures need to be further explored.
