人防通风设计的几个常见问题探讨

Discussion on several common problems in civil air defence ventilation design

摘要:

针对人防通风设计中依据规范不当的问题,指出了《人民防空工程设计规范》和《人民防空地下室设计规范》的适用范围及差别。针对人防工程的防排烟设计,阐明了《人民防空工程设计防火规范》、《建筑设计防火规范》和《汽车库、修车库、停车场设计防火规范》各自的适用范围及差别。现行规范中没有明确规定人防水冷电站的适用范围,建议增加。介绍了增压管的设置位置、管径、材质等做法,给出了工程中常出现的遗漏孔洞、管道打架等问题的解决方法。

Abstract:

Aiming at the inappropriate choice of design code in civil air defence ventilation, presents the application scope and differences between Code for design of civil air defence works and Code for design of civil air defence basement. According to the smoke control and extraction design, states respective application scope and differences among the Code for fire protection design of civil air defence works, Code of design on building fire protection and prevention, and Code for fire protection design of garage, motor-repair-shop and parking-area. Current codes do not specify the application scope of water-cooled power station. Suggests increasing the corresponding provisions. Illustrates the practice of the setting position, diameter, and material for the pressurized pipe, and gives the solution for the omission holes, pipeline fights and other engineering common problems.
