基于TRNSYS地埋管地源热泵变流量系统性能分析

摘要:

利用TRNSYS建立了地埋管地源热泵循环水系统仿真模型,通过理论计算和实测数据验证了变流量工况下的地埋管换热模型。在考虑了流量流态、水泵扬程及水泵综合效率等因素的前提下,计算出最小流量比,结合间接控制冷凝温度和限定最小流量比的方式控制水泵变频运行。基于模拟结果,分析了变流量对地埋管换热量和土壤温度变化的影响,讨论了系统的整体能耗和综合节能潜力。结果显示,相对于定流量系统,变流量系统的水泵能耗大幅减少,空调系统总能耗减少,系统EER提高,制冷期系统节能率可达6.94%

Abstract:

Establishes a simulation model for the variable flow rate water system of ground-source heat pump with TRNSYS, and validates it with the theoretical calculation and the measured data. Calculates the minimum flow ratio in considering the flow state of fluid, the pump head and the overall efficiency of pump. The pump frequency is controlled by indirectly controlling condensation temperature and setting minimum flow ratio. According to the simulation results, analyses the influence of variable flow rate on heat exchange of the buried pipe and soil temperature, and discusses the energy consumption and energy saving potential of the system. The results show that compared with constant flow rate system, energy consumption of both pump and air conditioning system decrease in variable flow rate system, where the EER of system increases, and the energy conservation rate reaches 6.94% in cooling period.
