通风空调管道分流T形三通减阻研究
Research on resistance reduction of dividing T-type tee junctions in ventilation and air conditioning pipes
摘要:
用实验和数值模拟相结合的方法,对分流T形三通进行了减阻降耗研究。通过改变通风空调管道内的气流组织(旁支管三通处添加导流片)来消涡降阻,分析了添加导流片的三通在不同旁支管速度v3与总管速度v1之比工况下的减阻率。结果表明,在v3/v1≤0.3工况下能达到显著的减阻效果,推荐的导流片位置及减阻率随速度比的变化而变化。
Abstract:
Using the method of experimental research and numerical simulation, studies how to reduce resistance and energy consumption of dividing T-type tee junctions. Through adding a turning vane at the bypass tee pipe to change air distribution and eliminate the air duct vortex and reduce resistance. Analyses the resistance reduction rates at different ratios of the speed v3 in the bypass pipe to the speed v1 in the main pipe. The results show that the resistance reduction effect is obvious at v3/v1≤0.3, and the recommended position of flow deflector and the rate of resistance reduction change with the speed ratios.
