适于在线应用的冷却塔出水温度简化模型试验研究
Experimental study on cooling tower outlet water temperature simplified model suitable for online application
摘要:
针对传统的基于传热单元数法得出的冷却塔出水温度数学模型存在的计算复杂、实用性低的问题,提出了一种基于对流换热与数据拟合的简化模型,该模型针对特定的冷却水系统,可有效减少测试变量的个数并简化计算步骤。对2种模型进行了试验对比,结果显示,基于试验数据的简化模型可将计算精度控制在5%范围内,满足基本精度需求,同时其计算简便,可通过前期试验数据的辨识来预测出水温度在不同工况下的变化,适用于在线节能控制应用。
Abstract:
For the complexity and low practicality problems in traditional ε-NTU mathematical model of cooling tower outlet water temperature, proposes a simplified model based on convective heat transfer and data fitting, which can effectively reduce the number of test variables and simplify the calculation procedure for a specific cooling water system. Through experimental research, compares the two models. The results show that the accuracy of the simplified model can be controlled less than 5%, meeting the requirements of precision. Meanwhile, the calculation is so simple that it can be used to predict the changes of outlet water temperature under different conditions by test data, which can be applicable to cooling water systems online energy saving control.
