敏感性分析在公共机构保温材料选择与经济性分析中的应用

摘要:

为了研究公共机构围护结构保温材料的节能效果以及经济性,以天津某公共机构为原型建立仿真模型,采用DesignBuilder能耗模拟软件对该模型进行全年能耗计算,分析其在不同气候区下保温层的厚度和材质对建筑能耗的影响,通过动态投资回收期选择最佳厚度,在此基础上对各保温层材质进行初投资的单因素敏感性分析,作为保温材料选择的依据。结果显示,对于严寒地区公共机构而言,外墙保温层宜采用EPS材质,屋面保温层宜采用XPS材质;寒冷地区屋面外墙宜采用PUR材质;夏热冬冷地区屋面外墙宜采用XPS材质;夏热冬暖地区宜采用加气混凝土作为基础结构,并不宜采用外墙和屋面保温技术。

Abstract:

In order to analyse the energy saving effect and economic efficiency of insulating materials for public institutions envelope, sets an office building located in Tianjin as the case. Simulates the energy consumption of the insulation effect of building roof, exterior wall and external window through DesignBuilder when using different insulating materials, and carries out the economic analysis. Selects the optimal thickness by dynamic payback period. The results show that the public institutions in severe cold zone, external wall insulation should adopt EPS material, roof insulation should adopt XPS roofing material; external wall in cold zone should adopt PUR material; roof wall in hot summer and cold winter zone should adopt XPS material; while the aerated concrete is recommended as base structure of exterior walls and roof without the external insulation technology in hot summer and warm winter zone.
