不同气候区架空供热管道保温层经济厚度的分析

摘要:

利用寿命周期分析法研究了我国严寒和寒冷地区集中供热管道在不同管径、不同燃料/热源、不同保温材料下的保温层经济厚度及相应节约的费用。结果表明:燃料价格越低,保温层经济厚度和相对节约的费用越少;保温材料导热系数越高、价格越低,保温层经济厚度越大,而不同保温材料所对应的节约费用相差很小;室外温度越低,保温层经济厚度越大,相应节约的费用越多;供热管道管径越大,保温层经济厚度越大,相应节约的费用越多。对严寒和寒冷地区的哈尔滨、沈阳、西安3个城市进行了经济分析,结果表明架空供热管道在哈尔滨地区采用保温层经济厚度经济性最好。

Abstract:

By means of life cycle cost analysis method, analyses the economic insulation thickness and its corresponding cost savings of district heating pipelines at different nominal pipe diameters, fuel types or heat sources and insulation materials. The results show that the cheaper the fuel price, the smaller the economic insulation thickness and the lower the corresponding cost savings. The larger the insulation material thermal conductivity coefficient and the cheaper the insulation material, the larger the economic insulation thickness, but the corresponding cost savings are almost equal. The lower the outside air temperature, the larger the economic insulation thickness and the more corresponding cost savings. The larger the pipeline diameter, the larger the economic insulation thickness and the more corresponding cost savings. Performs an economic analysis of district heating system in severe cold and cold zones, including Harbin, Shenyang and Xi’an. The result shows that the economic efficiency of economic insulation thickness is the best for the elevated heating pipelines in Harbin.
