某超级运算中心空调系统设计
Air conditioning system design for a supercomputing center
摘要:
某超级运算中心的功率密度极高,单台机柜的功耗达到20 kW,传统的数据中心制冷方式已不能满足需求。采用行间级空调制冷方式,将行间级空调直接放置在机柜中间,每排机柜前后做冷、热通道的封闭,行间级空调做冗余备份。采用含自然冷却的风冷机组,能够在过渡季和冬季自动开启自然冷却功能。阐述了空调水系统、新风系统及防排烟系统的设计。
Abstract:
Power density of this supercomputing center is extremely high, the single cabinet power reaches 20 kW, and the traditional data center cooling method cannot meet the demand. Adopts the row-level air conditioning cooling mode, sets the row-level air conditioning units directly on the middle rack, makes hot and cold aisle closed for each row of the front and back, and row-level air conditioning units as backup. Uses air-cooled units with natural cooling, and the natural cooling function can automatically open in transition seasons and winter. Presents the air conditioning water system, outdoor air system, and smoke control and extraction system design.
