北京市昌平区绿色办公建筑运行状况调研与评估
Investigation and evaluation of operation status of green office buildings in Changping District, Beijing
摘要：
为了解北京市昌平区绿色办公建筑的运行状况，选取4栋绿色办公建筑和3栋常规建筑作为调研对象。分析现场调研、测试和主观问卷的结果可知：绿色建筑的星级水平与运行能耗无明显关系，其节能效果有待进一步提升；绿色建筑的室内环境品质总体上优于常规建筑。采用基于环境效率的简易评估方法对绿色建筑进行运行评估，评估过程包含建筑能耗和建筑室内环境品质2个指标，评估结果可反映建筑的运行状况。
Abstract：
In order to understand the operation status of green office buildings in Changping District, Beijing, selects four green office buildings and three conventional office buildings as research objects. By analysing the results of field investigation, tests and subjective questionnaires, finds that there is no clear relationship between the energy consumption and the star label of the green office buildings, and the energy conservation effect of green buildings needs further improvement. In general, the indoor environmental quality of green office buildings is better than that of the conventional office buildings. Evaluates the green office building by a simple assessment method based on building environmental efficiency. The assessment process includes two indicators: building energy consumption and building indoor environmental quality. The evaluation result can reflect the operation status of the building.
