从设施角度谈降低医院手术成本的措施

摘要：
随着外科手术技术的进步,医疗装备高科技含量增加,配套设施容量加大,要求提高，使得手术室造价与能耗也随之增加，降低手术成本成为当务之急。欧美国家认为应采用相应的措施，如提高手术室使用率，加快手术周转率，加大手术量次，并改革医疗体系、推广性价比高的医疗模式等与手术不相关的措施，可以有效降低手术成本。而不是采用降低手术设施要求、装备性能以及环境控制质量等直接与手术相关的做法，这样会导致手术风险增大，影响手术质量。
Abstract：
With the advances in surgical techniques, high-tech medical equipment is being increased, facilities capacity is being bigger and the requirement of operation rooms is being higher, which makes the cost and energy consumption of operating rooms increase. To reduce surgical costs becomes imperative. Europe countries and America consider that appropriate measures should be adopted, such as improving the operating room utilization, accelerating the turnover rate of surgery and increasing surgical throughput in order to reduce the cost of surgery, and the other non-surgery-related factors, such as reforming health care system and promoting cost-effective health care model should be considered. Reducing surgical facility requirements, equipment performance, quality control of the surgery environment and other factors associated directly with the surgery should be avoided. Otherwise, that will result in increasing the risk of surgery and affecting the quality of operation.
