热湿地区居住建筑自然通风与空调耦合运行模式研究
Coupling operation mode of natural ventilation and air conditioning for residential buildings in hot-humid area

提出了一种自然通风与空调耦合运行调控方法,对其控制流程和原理进行了分析,并建立了夏季居住建筑自然通风与空调耦合运行调控模型。以琼海地区为例,通过调查测试得到自然通风条件下居民中性温度(28.5 ℃)和可接受温度上限(30.5 ℃),以该中性温度和可接受温度上限为判断指标,对不同自然通风与空调耦合运行模式进行了数值模拟,得到了最佳运行模式,即:当室外温度上升至28.5 ℃时,开启空调;当室外温度下降至31 ℃时,关闭空调,1 h后进行自然通风;空调运行温度推荐值为28 ℃。该模式下空调耗冷量为0.59 kW·h/m2,与传统空调运行模式相比节能30.5%。
Abstract:
Puts forward a controlling method of natural ventilation and air conditioning coupling operation, analyses the controlling process and working principle, and establishes a controlling model of natural ventilation and air conditioning coupling operation for residential buildings in summer condition. Taking Qionghai area for example, obtains the neutral temperature (28.5 ℃) and upper limit of acceptable temperature (30.5 ℃) for local inhabitants under natural ventilation condition by investigation. Using these temperatures as judging index, numerically simulates different coupling operation models of natural ventilation and air conditioning for a residential building, and obtains the optimal operation model: when the outdoor temperature rises to 28.5 ℃, turns on air conditioning; when the outdoor temperature drops to 31 ℃, turns off air conditioning and then operates natural ventilation after 1 h; the recommended temperature setting value for air conditioning is 28 ℃. In this operation mode, the energy consumption is 0.59 kW·h/m2, saving 30.5% of energy compared with that of the traditional air conditioning operation mode.
