椭圆管肋片式蒸发器的热工性能模拟与实验研究
Thermal performance simulation and experimental study of elliptical tube finned evaporator
摘要:
通过搭建实验台,对定制的椭圆管和圆管肋片式蒸发器进行了实验测试,并利用CFD对2种管型肋片式蒸发器进行了热工性能模拟,综合分析了椭圆管肋片式蒸发器的性能优势。在制冷量一定和忽略加工工艺难度的前提下,采用椭圆管肋片式蒸发器的空调机组不仅能够减少蒸发器排数,也能减少蒸发器的风阻33%,减少耗铝量20.6%,耗铜量1.4%,结构尺寸上更为紧凑,经济性好。
Abstract:
Establishes a test bench and conducts experimental tests on the customized elliptical tube and circular tube finned evaporators. Simulates the thermal performance of above two types of finned evaporators with CFD, and analyses the performance advantages of elliptical tube finned evaporator comprehensively. With a certain cooling capacity and neglecting the difficulty of processing, the air conditioning unit with elliptical tube finned evaporator, can not only reduce the number of evaporator rows and the air resistance of the evaporator by 33%, but also reduce the aluminum consumption by 20.6% and the copper consumption by 1.4%, with more compact and better economy.
