基于故障树分析的高等级生物安全实验室设施设备风险评估探讨

摘要:

简述了生物安全实验室风险评估概念要点,介绍了故障树分析方法的定义及特点,初步构建了高等级生物安全实验室设施设备运行阶段故障树分析模型,对高等级生物安全实验室设施设备进行了风险识别,给出了可导致病原微生物外泄的基本风险因子,为高等级生物安全实验室设施设备的风险评估与风险控制提供了依据。

Abstract:

Briefly presents the definition and main points of risk assessment of biosafety laboratories, presents the definition and characteristics of fault tree analysis method, and preliminarily establishes a fault tree model for the facilities and equipment of high level biosafety laboratories. Presents some basic risk factors that can lead to pathogenic microorganism release, with the risk identification of facilities and equipment of the high level biosafety laboratories. It provides a basis for risk assessment and control of the high level biosafety laboratories.
