建筑外表面换热系数取值方法对建筑负荷预测的影响

Influence of selection methods of external surface heat transfer coefficient on building load forecasting

摘要:

建筑外表面换热系数(αe)受表面风速、粗糙度等因素的影响。以西安市某办公建筑为例,针对αe取定值及采用随风速和粗糙度变化的SimpleCombined算法计算2种情况,应用EnergyPlus建筑能耗模拟软件对建筑负荷进行了数值模拟和对比分析。结果表明:采用SimpleCombined算法时的供暖期建筑累计热负荷比αe取定值时小13.20%,空调期建筑累计冷负荷则大3.04%。为使建筑负荷预测结果更符合实际情况,结合现行工程计算特点,在运用建筑能耗模拟软件预测建筑负荷时,建议采用SimpleCombined算法计算αe。

Abstract:

The external surface heat transfer coefficient (αe) is affected by surface wind speed, roughness and other factors. Taking an office building in Xi’an as an example, adopting different αe selection methods (αe is set as a constant value or calculated based on the SimpleCombined algorithm), simulates and compares the building load using the EnergyPlus software. The results show that, when adopting the SimpleCombined algorithm, the building cumulative heating load during heating period is 13.20% lower than that of setting αe as a constant value, however, the building cumulative cooling load during cooling period is 3.04% higher. Considering the current engineering calculation characteristics and achieving more real load prediction results, suggests adopting the SimpleCombined algorithm to calculate αe when predicting building loads using building energy consumption simulation software.
