静态水力平衡阀与自力式压差控制阀在供热系统中的应用

摘要:

供热系统热力入口设计的主要依据是JGJ 173—2009《供热计量技术规程》、各地方标准及相关标准图集。对比发现:各种规程、标准及相关标准图集对静态水力平衡阀和自力式压差控制阀的设置要求存在表达不一致、几种做法并存的问题,给设计人员带来了困惑。以JGJ 173—2009《供热计量技术规程》的要求为出发点,针对静态水力平衡阀和自力式压差控制阀在设计、安装、调试等方面出现的问题进行了分析,并提出了解决办法。

Abstract:

The main design basis of heating system inlet is JGJ 173-2009 Technical specification for heat metering of district heating system, local standards and related standard atlas. Compares the technical specification, local standards and related atlas, and finds that there exist some questions about inconsistent expression and coexistent practice of static hydraulic balancing valves and self-operated differential pressure control valves, which makes designers confused. Based on the requirements of JGJ 173-2009 Technical specification for heat metering of district heating system, analyses the problems in design, installation and commissioning of static hydraulic balancing valves and self-balanced differential pressure control valves, and proposes the solutions.
