对于有高层建筑的中小型住宅小区的低温水地面辐射供暖系统来说，采用常压型煤锅炉具有一定的技术、经济、节能、环保优势。结合工程实例，介绍了这项技术的应用，分析了其技术特点。

Abstract：
For low-temperature water floor radiant heating system in small or medium residential area with high-rise buildings, using the normal pressure formed-coal boiler has a certain technical, economical, energy saving and environmental advantages. With a project example, presents the application of this technology, and analyses its technical characteristics.
