在冷水机组换热管胶球清洗的实践过程中，不仅需要解决换热铜管直径、混合布管、胶球使用寿命等技术问题，也要科学地选择使装置高效运行的方法。通过剖析胶球清洗效果各关键问题的本质和内在联系，以换热管清洗效率和应用质量为考察指标，重点研究了胶球清洗装置与冷水机组的适配性，提出了冷水机组同品牌胶球清洗装置的解决方法。结合工程实例进行了阐述，论证了本文所述方法的正确性和有效性。
Abstract：
In the practice of cleaning heat exchange tubes of chillers using rubber ball, it is necessary not only to solve the technical issues of the copper tube diameter, the layout of different specification tube and the service life of rubber ball, but also to choose a method to improve the efficiency of the device scientifically. Analyses the essence and internal connection of the key problems of rubber ball cleaning effect, taking the tube cleaning efficiency and application quality as the indexes, investigates the suitability between the rubber ball cleaning devices and the chillers, and proposes a solution of rubber ball cleaning device with chiller brand. Combining with the engineering examples, validates the correctness and effectiveness of the method.
