介绍了节能量计算方法的发展。相似日比较法可以较为精确地测量节能量，被广泛使用。分析了影响相似日选择的因素并确定了影响因子，介绍了相似日变量的确定，提出了采用相似因子最小值来确定相似日的方法。通过实际案例，介绍了根据相似因子计算节能量的方法。

Abstract：
Presents the development of energy saving calculation methods. Similar day comparison method is widely used because it can exactly measure the energy efficiency. Analyses the influence factors for choosing similar day, confirms the influence factor value, and proposes the determination of similar day variables and a method for determining similar day by minimum value of similar factor. Presents an energy saving calculation method by similar factor based on a case study.
