锅炉冷渣器冷却水系统低温余热回收利用方案

摘要:
循环流化床锅炉炉渣蕴含着大量余热,正逐渐成为余热回收利用的研究热点。以青岛某实际工程为例,在满足冷渣器冷却水供回水温度要求(80 ℃/30 ℃)的前提下,设计了2套余热回收方案。方案1为2台吸收式热泵,方案2为单台离心式热泵加板式换热器。经济性分析结果表明方案1较优,最终在工程中选用了方案1。

Abstract:
Circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler slag contains a large amount of waste heat, which is gradually becoming a hotspot of waste heat recovery and utilization research. Taking an actual project in Qingdao as an example, designs two waste heat recovery schemes for meeting the temperature requirement of cooling water in the slag cooler (80 ℃/30 ℃). Adopts two absorption heat pumps for scheme 1 and one centrifugal heat pump plus plate heat exchanger for scheme 2. The economic analysis results show that the scheme 1 is better and is finally selected in the project.
