从公共建筑实际能源需求分析冷热电三联供技术的可应用性

摘要:

冷热电三联供技术基于对能量的梯级利用,可将能源综合利用率从40%左右提升至70%~90%。但国内试点运行的楼宇式冷热电三联供系统却普遍存在应用效果不理想,甚至无法运行的问题。通过调研搜集多栋不同建筑类型、不同热工分区的公共建筑的全年逐时能耗数据,分析了公共建筑的实际能源需求特点,并模拟得到了楼宇式冷热电三联供技术应用于公共建筑的运行效果,从节能性方面探讨了该技术在不同公共建筑中的适用性。

Abstract:

Based on the cascade utilization of energy, CCHP technology can increase the comprehensive energy utilization rate from 40% to 70%-90%. However, the operation effects of building CCHP systems in the domestic pilot projects are generally unsatisfied or even shutdown. Collects the annual hourly energy consumption data of the different types of public buildings in different climate zones, analyses the actual energy demand characteristics of public buildings, simulates the operation effect of building CCHP technology applied to public buildings, and discusses the technology applicability to different public buildings from the aspect of energy efficiency.
