数据中心热环境实测与仿真计算
Thermal environment measurement and simulation in data center
摘要:
介绍了数据中心的热环境评价指标:机架冷却指数(RCI)、回风温度指数(RTI)、供热指数(SHI)和回热指数(RHI)。通过实测和仿真2种方式实测了某个通道开放式实验机房的设备温度数据,对上述指标进行了对比计算。结果表明:这4个热环境指标参考评价结果相同,RTI评价较差,表明该实验机房的开放式通道存在旁流或环流现象。但在仿真模型中将冷通道封闭后重新模拟计算发现,RTI大为改善(由开放式通道的58%提高到95%)。
Abstract:
Presents the evaluation indexes of the thermal environment in data centers including rack cooling index(RCI), return temperature index(RTI), supply heat index(SHI) and return heat index(RHI). Calculates RCI, RTI, SHI and RHI of a data center with open channel by the field test and simulation. The results show that reference evaluation results of the four thermal environment indexes are the same and RTI evaluation value is poor, which indicates the phenomena of bypass or recirculation flow in the experiment room with open channel. But RTI is greatly improved from 58% under opening channel condition to 95% when closing the cold channel.
