全新风调温除湿机冷凝水回收性能实验研究

Experimental study on condensate water recovery of all outdoor air temperature adjustment dehumidifiers

摘要:

全新风调温除湿机存在的主要问题是除湿冷凝水被废弃排放而导致大量的低温冷凝水(一般为10~15 ℃)得不到合理利用。从节能的角度出发,研究了将全新风调温除湿机的冷凝水回收补充到冷却水进水时对机组性能的影响。分析了实验机组在名义工况下,将回收的冷凝水加到冷却水进水中并使冷却水进水温度降低2 ℃所需要的冷凝水量。实验测试了实验机组在名义工况下,将冷却水温度分别保持在30.6,27.9,26.2 ℃时的机组性能参数。实验结果表明:在机组名义工况下,回收冷凝水到冷却水进水中,使冷却水进水温度由30.6 ℃降到26.2 ℃时,系统制冷量增大4.8%,除湿量增大4.1%,单位输入功率除湿量增大3.5%,性能系数增大8.3%,输入功率降低4.8%。

Abstract:

The main problem of all outdoor air temperature adjustment dehumidifiers is that a large amount of low temperature condensed water (usually at 10 to 15 ℃) cannot be reasonably used and is discharged as waste water. For the purpose of energy saving, studies the effect of condensate water recovery adding to the cooling water inlet on the all outdoor air temperature adjustment dehumidifier. Analyses the amount of condensate water required for reducing 2 ℃ of inlet cooling water temperature of the experimental unit under the nominal operating condition. Tests the performance parameters of the unit under the nominal condition when the cooling water temperatures are maintained at 30.6, 27.9, 26.2 ℃ respectively. The experimental results show that the system cooling capacity increases by 4.8%, the dehumidification capacity increases by 4.1%, dehumidifier capacity per unit input power increases by 3.5%, the coefficient of performance increases by 8.3%, and the input power decreases by 4.8%, when the recycled condensate water is added to the cooling water which decreases the inlet cooling water temperature from 30.6 to 26.2 ℃ under the nominal condition of the unit.
