针对静态水力平衡阀在暖通空调工程设计与应用中存在的问题,通过对设计工况下水力失调特点的分析,结合工程实例探讨静态水力平衡阀的合理应用。从降低系统投资成本与减少系统运行能耗角度阐述了正确选用静态水力平衡阀的必要性。强调了实际工程中对静态水力平衡阀调试和建立调试档案的重要性。

Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of static hydraulic balancing valves existed in HVAC engineering design and application, analyses the characteristics of hydraulic disorder under the design condition, and with case study, discusses the proper application of static hydraulic balancing valves. Clarifies the necessity of correct selection of the valve from the point of decreasing the initial investment and the energy consumption of the system. Stresses the importance of testing the static hydraulic balancing valve in project and setting up testing files.
